PASTORAL CARE

Our Pastoral Care Team exists to walk alongside individuals and families in every season of life, offering Christ-centered care, prayer, guidance, and practical support. Through hospital visits, prayer ministry, biblical life instruction, and acts of hospitality, the team seeks to meet both spiritual and practical needs with compassion and wisdom. In all that we do, our heart is to support our church’s mission—to see everyone restored through Jesus Christ—by reflecting His love, truth, and presence in tangible ways.

PRAYER

Our Care Team Prayer Ministry is dedicated to coming alongside others in prayer during times of need. Whether through walk-in prayer, phone calls, emailed requests, or scheduled appointments, trained team members are available to listen, pray, and seek God together. This ministry offers a compassionate, faith-filled space where burdens are shared, hope is renewed, and individuals are reminded of God’s presence and care.

HOSPITAL VISITATIONS

Our Care Team lovingly serves those in our church family who are hospitalized by offering in-person visits, prayer, and spiritual support. Pastors from our team come alongside patients and their families to provide encouragement, comfort, and the peace of God during difficult and uncertain times. Through prayer and presence, our Care Team seeks to reflect Christ’s compassion and remind each person that they are not alone.

GRIEF SHARE

Grief Share is a ministry for those who have lost a loved one. The facilitators, Bruce and Terri Honer, have each lost someone who was very near and dear to them, and they found help and healing through Grief Share. Grief Share provides scripture-based counsel, group support, and an opportunity to develop an understanding of where the Lord is and what He wants you to know during your healing process. We meet one season each year for twelve consecutive weeks, Thursday nights 6:00-8:00 PM, February – April. You may register beginning in January. The cost is $25 for the workbook.

We also meet the first Saturday of November for one session on Surviving the Holidays, 9:00-11:00 AM. You may register beginning in October. The cost is $10 for the workbook.

When registration is available you can sign up by locating the Grief Share option on our Events Registration Page.

BIBLICAL INSTRUCTION

Our Care Team offers biblical instruction and Christ-centered guidance for navigating the everyday challenges of life. Whether it involves marriage, family, finances, career decisions, relationships, or personal growth, this team comes alongside individuals and couples to provide wisdom rooted in Scripture. Through prayer, teaching, and loving counsel, the Care Team seeks to help people apply God’s Word in practical ways and live faithfully in every season of life.

HOSPITALITY

Our Care Team extends Christ’s love through acts of hospitality and practical care for individuals and families walking through significant life events. This includes caring for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one, financial hardship, the birth of a new child, medical challenges, and other times of need. Through meals, thoughtful deliveries, and tangible support, the team seeks to provide comfort, encouragement, and a reminder that our church family is present and cares deeply.
