Limitations
A mini devotional
I was encouraged and reminded that we are limited. We are limited by time (there are only so many hours in the day, and also only so many days allotted for my life.) Limited.
But I’m also limited by space. I can only be in one place at one time. I only have two hands. And those two hands are limited. Limited to where I am at the moment.
So don’t become frustrated when I can only do ONE thing at a time. We are limited—and that is God’s design.
He is limitless.
I am limited.
God is awesome and He’s got all the days of my life in His hands—my two tiny hands in the hands of the Almighty.
Lord, I cannot do it all. You didn’t make me to do it all. Help me to see my small part of this day. Find me faithful to lovingly do what You have put before me in this day. Help me to be patient and kind and trust that You are in control of my moments more than I can imagine. I trust Your amazing, powerful hands to carry me through this day and through my whole life. Amen.
Thank you…feeling overwhelmed by the feeling of needing to do it all in a couple of situations…Gods perfect timing never ceases to amaze me!
I think of that every day! Too much on my plate and the only way through is the Lord guiding and enabling. One of my main goals is to cut the unnecessary and useless out of my life!
Love this!!
