“I poured out my heart, baring my soul to God.”\u00a0<\/em>Daniel 9:4<\/p>\n

Let It All Out<\/strong><\/h2>\n

One of the things I’m so grateful for in my walk with the Lord is that I can pour out my heart to Him.\u00a0I can openly, honestly, vulnerably, completely tell Him everything I am thinking and feeling.\u00a0I can tell Him when I’m having a good day, and when I’m having a hard day. I can tell Him when I’m sad, anxious, content, happy, struggling, and wondering which way to go.\u00a0My thoughts and emotions can be “all over the map” just during one day.<\/p>\n

The beauty of it all is that God always listens.\u00a0He openly receives anything I have to share. He doesn’t condemn me on a hard day. He doesn’t make me feel horrible if I make mistakes. He is merciful, forgiving, kind, and loving.\u00a0He helps me pick up the pieces and begin again if I don’t do something right.\u00a0He speaks encouragement into my heart.\u00a0He shares His wisdom with me when I feel clueless.<\/p>\n

I often hear Him whisper into my spirit to “let it all out” and tell Him everything. There is such a\u00a0freedom<\/strong>\u00a0that comes with that\u2014a release that makes me feel lighter for having shared.\u00a0I don’t have to bottle things up and just try to make it on my own.\u00a0There is a wonderful\u00a0security<\/strong>\u00a0in knowing I won’t be rejected by sharing my heart with Him.\u00a0And there is such a wonderful\u00a0strength<\/strong>\u00a0in knowing I’m not alone!\u00a0He is continually with me, listening to every beat of my heart.<\/p>\n

“Pour out all your worries and stress upon Him and leave them there; for He always tenderly cares for you\u201d\u00a0<\/em>(1 Peter 5:7 TPT). There is power in pouring out our hearts to the Lord.\u00a0It\u00a0frees<\/strong>\u00a0us\u2014and it\u00a0releases<\/strong>\u00a0Him in a fresh way to respond to us in whatever situation we’re in.\u00a0What a precious treasure it is to share our hearts with Him.<\/p>\n

\u201cLord, thanks for listening to us when we talk to You. Free us from the cares we carry around that consume us. Let us be consumed only with thoughts of You. In Jesus\u2019 Name, Amen.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>
